How credits work
Each purchased pack expires 365 days after payment. We reserve 500 credits when a valid task is accepted and spend them only after a playable file is stored. A confirmed failed task releases its reservation. An uncertain provider submission stays under review to avoid duplicate charges.
If credits expire while a failed job is running, only the returned portion gets a 24-hour grace period. Buying a pack never starts a generation automatically.
