What we process

We process your account identifier and email when you sign in; your selected photo when you submit a task; and task status, media and credit records needed to deliver your video. Google handles the Google sign-in prompt. Payments use Waffo’s hosted checkout. Waffo receives your purchase and internal account reference; we do not receive your card number.

Where your photo goes

The browser keeps an optional photo draft locally for up to 24 hours. Submitted photos and a prepared scene are stored privately on Cloudflare and sent to WellAPI for image and video generation. Temporary signed links allow the provider to retrieve only the task’s required media. Videos are served through authenticated routes.

Retention and deletion

Local drafts expire after 24 hours and are cleared when you sign out. After a job completes or definitively fails, input photos and prepared scenes are scheduled for deletion after 24 hours. Completed output videos are scheduled for deletion after seven days. You can delete a finished job sooner. Cleanup is periodic; temporary outages can delay it.

Running jobs and submissions with an uncertain outcome retain their media until resolved. Deleting media does not erase the minimal task and payment records needed to prevent duplicate charges, reconcile transactions or handle disputes. Contact support for an account-data request.

Provider retention

Our deletion schedule applies to our storage. It is not a promise of deletion from WellAPI or its upstream models. We have not independently verified their retention period. Do not upload confidential or sensitive images.

Cookies and usage records

We use a secure account cookie and browser storage for drafts and task recovery. Minimal operational events record task stages and errors without photos, email addresses or signed media URLs. We do not use advertising cookies in this version.
